5. Slavery Act 2010Forced compelled performance by fraudulent instruments constitutes servitude. Also see Archbold 2025, p. 432: “Fraud vitiates all contracts, deeds, and procedures, rendering them void ab initio.”
6. The Unlawful Use of the 1933 Fait System The 1933 Fait system is a known legal fiction mechanism whereby natural persons are covertly converted into corporate or vessel identities without their knowledge or consent. This system is widely acknowledged to operate through the use of fraudulent instruments such as birth certificates, social security numbers, and administrative registrations, effectively creating a dual identity: the living natural person and a separate corporate entity under statutory law. This process: Strips the living individual of their natural sovereign rights under common law. Transport Act 1962, Section 14(1)(a)(1) source “Subject to this Act, the Boards shall have power— (a) to enter into and carry out agreements with any person for the carrying on by that person, whether as agent for the Board or otherwise, of any of the activities which the Board may themselves carry on; ...and (a)(1) to acquire any securities of the corporate body, ”This affirms authority over corporate bodies (all caps fiction entities), not natural sui juris persons.
